Marie chose Marie Curie as her person for her time line project. That’s a surprise 🙂 Go Marie!!
In celebration of a wonderful mother and for all things she does to keep our family functioning and making life new and fun everyday we took Jackie to one of her favorite places, Cheesecake Factory. She enjoyed her Steak Diane and shared it with Atom and Marie, the self proclaimed “tasters” of the night. Adding to the dinner excitement was Marie’s accidental dropping of a full glass of water on the table. The incident did not damper the mood of the dinner, we were having too much fun and besides we were done with the food. We quickly asked for the check, informed the waiter of the mess, and exited the restaurant.
The evening was capped off with a movie at Edwards in Brea where we watched The Amazing Spider II. We left the theatre around 12:38 am, kids were still wide awake. We all crashed on the sofa watching Rocky IV where once again, Atom knocked out before the big fight in the movie. The girls knocked out way before that as usual.
Arrival time 12:48am
The bus stopped by some random food stop. Atom and I went to Panda Express, a drive through Panda Express! How cool is that. We also stopped by bucks to get my venti cap with 3 equals and atom his birthday cake pop.
Unfortunately people brought in food and it stinks like Panda Express.
After the cable ride ended, the bus met us at the stopping point. We jumped on the bus and the keys wasted no time on coordinating a multi player DS game.
As of this writing, traffic is slowing our exit from San Fran bug time. It’s going to be a long ride home.
We rode the Powell and Hyde cable car. We passed Lombard street along the way.
Atom was the final presenter for the various places we stopped along the way. His topic was the Cable cars.
After lunch Atom and I spent some time together shopping for the girls at home, Marie and Jackie. Atom bought a California black sweat shirt, looking all hipster.
